Tanat Coffee

Tanat (formerly Kawa Coffee) has roasted in Paris since 2016 and says it chose from the start to focus on roasting, with the aim of the best roast at the most consistent standard. It buys directly from farms, producers and cooperatives it has known for years, and its menu runs from everyday espressos to a long competition list: Hacienda La Esmeralda, Janson, Lost Origin, Los Lajones and Granja Paraiso 92, beside Ethiopian lots from Alo and Elto. Coffees are sold whole bean or ground for the customer's brewer, most from 100 g. Tanat also runs training, supplies cafés, and has pledged never to make capsules.
