From producer Tamiru Tadesse, this washed Ethiopian heirloom leans on an extended 140-hour fermentation to draw out the finesse of its terroir. The cup is elegant and luminous, where the delicate floral note of honeysuckle meets the fresh zest of lemon. As it cools, papaya adds a softer tropical turn. Roasted light for filter by Tanat Coffee in France.
