About this coffee
This Sudan Rume — an old variety of Ethiopian origin — comes via the Hachi Project, a binational specialty venture co-founded by Diego Bermúdez, Allan Hartmann and Matheus Antonaci. Anaerobic fermentation and careful handling bring out a cup that is lively, floral and fruity, both bold and rare in its finesse. Roasted light for filter by Tanat Coffee in France.
