About this coffee

From the village of Alo in Bensa, this heirloom natural is the work of Tamiru Tadesse, one of Ethiopia's most admired producers. It was sourced through DIGS Project, a specialist importer whose motto is "green sourcing for connoisseurs," scouring top terroirs for exceptional microlots. This lot undergoes a 72-hour submerged natural fermentation. Roasted medium by Tanat Coffee in France for espresso.
