On the high plateaus of Bensa, Eliyas Dukamo and Atiklit Dejene founded Elto Coffee to push quality standards and spotlight the region's terroir through more modern washing methods. This Hamasho lot is a 96-hour anaerobic heirloom, drawing on both producers' deep experience with exceptional Ethiopian coffees. It reflects their ambition to redefine what Bensa can offer.
