About this coffee
This washed lot comes from the highlands of Guji, where Tamiru Tadesse grows the 74158 variety at more than 2,000 metres. The cup is clean and floral, opening with white flowers before moving into peach and closing on a vivid burst of grapefruit. It's a precise, bright expression of the Ethiopian highlands. Roasted light as an omni-roast by Tanat Coffee in France.
