About this coffee

This heirloom natural comes from Alo Coffee's Sky Project in the village of Alo, Bensa, Ethiopia. The idea is simple but radical: climb to altitudes where cooler nights slow cherry maturation, letting the fruit build more sugar and a denser aromatic expression. That patience shows up as concentration and depth in the cup. Roasted light by Tanat Coffee in France for filter.
