From producer Carlos Dayan Gómez, this washed Colombian Caturra balances indulgence with a delicately zesty freshness. Nuts open the cup with warm hazelnut and almond, then candied lemon adds a bright, gently tart lift, before caramel settles into a round, sweet finish. Roasted medium for espresso by Tanat Coffee in France.
