Grown in the village of Bombe in Bensa by Tamiru Tadesse, this washed Ethiopian heirloom showcases the liveliness of high-altitude washed coffees. The cup is defined by a clean, balanced acidity carried by a refined, floral aromatic. Ripe cherries are carefully sorted, depulped and mechanically washed without fermentation to keep the terroir pure. Roasted light for filter by Tanat Coffee in France.
