About this coffee
This washed coffee comes from several smallholders in Huehuetenango, Guatemala, under the La Serenata name, drawing on Bourbon, Catuai, Caturra and Pache. The cup is soft and sweet, built around dark chocolate, red apple and nougat, with a round, silky body. A refined coffee that balances sweetness and freshness. Roasted medium for espresso by Tanat Coffee in France.
