This washed Chiroso is grown by Julio Madrid at Finca Capri in Colombia's Risaralda region. The cup is soft and sweet, built around green tea, honeysuckle and citrus, with a silky, balanced feel. It moves gracefully between sweetness and freshness. Roasted light as an omni-roast by Tanat Coffee in France.
