About this coffee
This washed coffee comes from Santa Elena, farmed by Cafelino in the hills of Boquete in Panama's Chiriquí province, where the cherries are picked entirely by hand. The variety is Obata, still a quiet newcomer in the specialty world, grown alongside the estate's focus on biodiversity and sustainability. The washed process keeps the cup clean and defined. Roasted medium for espresso by Tanat Coffee in France.
