About this coffee
From the Guji highlands at 2,200 metres, this is the Kurume variety grown by Tesfaye Bekele, founder of Suke Quto and an agronomist known for his regenerative work in Ethiopia. Here the cherries are honey-processed, depulped and then dried slowly with their sticky mucilage still on. It's a style that builds sweetness and body while keeping an Ethiopian lift. Roasted medium for espresso by Tanat Coffee in France.
