Finca 1890 [Catuaí Rojo Yeast Washed]

Grown at an unusual 60 metres under the California sun, this ultra-rare Red Catuaí is the work of pioneering Frinj Coffee at Finca 1890. The micro-lot pushes the limits of coffee agronomy and is processed Yeast Washed, a carefully controlled yeast-driven fermentation meant to heighten clarity and complexity.
