Coffees are bought and roasted with score-sheet precision but presented with prairie friendliness: clear tasting notes, approachable names, and a lineup that balances crowd-pleasing Colombians and Ethiopians against occasional showpiece lots. Monogram's cafés anchor Calgary's specialty scene, and the roastery has grown into western Canada's most decorated coffee brand.
