Poma [Flora Cold Washed]

The Flora variety is showcased here through a zero-fermentation washed process that lets its floral richness come forward alongside fruity notes. It comes from Rasmus Madsen's Poma research station, set up six years ago inside a climate-controlled greenhouse on the island of Funen, Denmark, where the environment is algorithm-driven.
