This experimental H1 Centroamericano lot from Rasmus Madsen's Poma project offers generous fruit notes, a silky mouthfeel and a long, sweet, indulgent finish. It comes from the Poma research station, a climate-controlled greenhouse established six years ago on the island of Funen, Denmark, run by algorithms that mimic plants' biological processes.
