About this coffee

From the famed Elida Estate in the heart of Volcán Barú National Park, this Catuaí lot is made with the ASD method: an extended anaerobic fermentation followed by a very slow dry on African beds. The result is an intensely indulgent cup, opening on deep blackcurrant liqueur and juicy black cherry. It's a bold, concentrated expression. Roasted light as an omni-roast by Tanat Coffee in France.
