Grown by Julio Madrid at Finca la Riviera, this Pink Bourbon has been a Tanat regular for years, built on tightly controlled fermentation. Its modern Bioreactor Inoculation Washed method lets selected yeasts steer the ferment in a controlled environment, favouring precision over power. The result is a clean, considered washed cup. Roasted medium for espresso by Tanat Coffee in France.
