About this coffee

This RF8 Natural comes from Eliyas Dukamo and Atiklit Dejene's Elto Coffee project, where fermentation is used to express terroir. The heirloom cherries ferment naturally in sealed bags submerged in a river, then dry slowly to preserve the aromatics developed along the way. The cup gives a sense of sweetness, with cherry leading the way. Roasted light for filter by Tanat Coffee in France.
