A washed Sidra from Augusto Ortega's Finca Las Asturias near San Agustin in Huila, grown at 1,680 m. It's bright and layered, with white nectarine and honeydew melon over floral notes and a cane-sugar sweetness. A small 180 kg lot sourced with partners Semilla and Monkaaba. Roasted light for filter by ZAB Café in Canada.
