Milkshake aux Fraises (Brayan Alvear) - Colombie cofermenté à la fraise

Grown by Brayan Alvear in San Adolfo, Huila, between 1,400 and 1,600 m, this blend of Catuai, Caturra and Pink Bourbon is co-fermented with strawberries. True to its name, it tastes of strawberry and white chocolate wrapped in a creamy texture. Alvear is part of a new generation of Colombian producers experimenting with fruit co-fermentation. Roasted light as an all-rounder by 94 Celcius in Canada.
