About this coffee
A Castillo grown at 1,550 m in the Andes of Antioquia and co-fermented, this is Colombia at its brightest and most energetic. The cup is juicy and vivid, with fresh mandarin lifting milk-chocolate sweetness over a creamy, silky texture that carries into a soft, lingering finish. Grown by Carolina Ramirez on the Guayacanes lot, where only perfectly ripe cherries are picked before the fermentation begins. Roasted light as an all-rounder by 94 Celcius in Canada.
