About this coffee

A washed Ombligon from Nestor Lasso's Peñas Blancas project at El Diviso in Huila, grown at 1780 m. It's an aromatic, sweet cup, with violet and red fruit moving into tropical notes, grenadine and cane sugar. Lasso's farm and the processing collective he co-founded keep this one a repeat favourite. Roasted light for filter by Kaffeelix in Austria.
