A washed Caturra from the El Mirador lot in Huila, grown at 1,750 m, this one is all about poise rather than power. Caramel brings a gourmand roundness while citrus lifts the cup with delicate freshness, resulting in a harmonious profile with clear aromatics and a persistent sweet finish. Grown by Yessica and Diego Parra. Roasted light as an all-rounder by 94 Celcius in Canada.
