About this coffee
A washed peaberry from Gikirima Factory, part of the Kibugu Farmers Cooperative Society in Embu, built on SL28, SL34 and Ruiru 11 grown at 1800 m. The small, round peaberry beans concentrate a lively cup: mandarin and yellow stone fruit with kiwi, gooseberry and grape, rounded by vanilla. A fresh-crop arrival the roastery was happy to wait for. Roasted light for filter by Kaffeelix in Austria.
