Proud Mary Coffee

Proud Mary was founded in Melbourne, Australia, in 2009 by husband and wife Nolan and Shari Hirte. Its American arm roasts in Portland, Oregon, and runs cafés there and in Austin, Texas, with the same mix of serious coffee and all-day food as in Melbourne. Coffee is sourced direct from origin, and the US store sorts it by mood: Mild, Curious, Wild, and Deluxe, the rare lots in 100 g tins, such as Panama's Elida Estate Geisha or anaerobic Pacamaras and Javas from El Salvador and Brazil.
