Quitupamba

Quitupamba is a washed coffee from Villa Moreno, in northern Nariño and part of the Buesaco municipality. Sitting above 2,000 metres, the area long grew corn before producers turned to coffee in pursuit of a more profitable crop. That shift meant learning an unfamiliar plant from scratch, and lots like this one show the promise of the high-altitude terrain. Roasted light for filter by Even Coffee in Canada.
