This is El Paraiso's Double Anaerobic Fermentation from Colombia, sorted by flavour profile into the celebrated Lychee lot. True to name, it pours lychee-clear with a long, transparent finish, showy aromatics and a rich fruitiness that fades slowly into sweetness.
