Huila Monteblanco “Gold Grand Cru Washed”

A washed Geisha from the Monteblanco farm in Huila, Colombia, grown at 1,730 m and named a "Grand Cru" as the farm's top-scoring lot. The processing is meticulous: post-harvest Brix measurement and float sorting, then staged fermentations in bag, after depulping, and a long anaerobic phase before cleaning and drying. The result is a clean, juicy cup of white grape, grapefruit and lemongrass. Roasted light for filter by Glitch Coffee in Japan.
