Quetzal is a washed Guatemalan from Max Perez, a fifth-generation farmer originally from Huehuetenango, and Yamabiko's first offering from the Acatenango region. Approachable yet layered, it sits in the milk chocolate and caramel range with subtle notes of fig, tangerine, cardamom and plum. It's a comforting, complex cup to welcome the cooler months.
