About this coffee

A thermal-shock and co-fermented Caturra from Edinson Argote's Quebraditas farm in Oporapa, Huila, grown between 1,600 and 1,800 m. A refreshing cup, it delivers watermelon, iced tea and a slice of orange. A tiny 192 kg lot sourced through partner Travesia. Roasted light as an all-rounder by ZAB Café in Canada.
