About this coffee
A washed lot bringing together Pink Bourbon, Geisha, Sidra and Wush Wush from Francy Castillo's El Ubérrimo in Arboleda, Nariño, grown at a high 2,118 m. The cup is refined, with honeydew melon, tangerine and oolong tea. A micro 96 kg lot from a producer ZAB Café has worked with for four years. Roasted light as an all-rounder by ZAB Café in Canada.
