About this coffee
A fully washed Colombian of regional varieties from the Inzá community on the Macizo Colombiano plateau in Cauca, where coffee is grown up to and above 2000 m. The high altitude shows in a clean, lively cup of blackcurrant and blood orange with apple and honeydew melon. It scored 85.5, placing it firmly in specialty territory.
