La Soledad is the roaster's first lot from producer Elpidio Tabares, arriving during one of the longest and best seasons they've seen in Urrao, Colombia. In the cup it's exotic and bright, with passion fruit, lychee and citrus. Roasted light for filter by Sey Coffee in the United States.
