Wush Wush

Wush Wush takes its name from a locality in southwestern Ethiopia and is treated as a distinct heirloom selection prized for its aromatic, tea-like cup. It has traveled beyond Ethiopia and now appears on farms in Colombia and Central America, where growers seek its floral, fruit-forward character. In the cup it leans toward jasmine, delicate citrus, and light-bodied elegance. Small plantings and modest yields keep it a specialty rarity.
