About this coffee

An anaerobic, carbonic-maceration Parainema grown in the volcanic soils of northern Nicaragua by Mario González, a technique borrowed from winemaking. The result is a bright, aromatic cup of limeade, honeysuckle and cantaloupe — a last hit of sunshine before fall. Roasted light for filter by FUNK Coffee in Canada.
