About this coffee
A honey-processed Ethiopian from Greitu Korsa in Guji, grown very high between 2,240 and 2,280 m using JARC varieties 74158, 74112 and 74110. It's bright, floral and deeply sweet, opening on intense florals before settling into juicy orange and Concord grape. Drawn from the work of roughly 150 to 200 smallholders via the Osolo station. Roasted light for filter by 94 Celcius in Canada.
