A semi-washed Caturra from the Andres Martinez farm in Cauca, grown at 1,750 m, this is a floral, perfumed Colombian. Expect jasmine and mandarin over a honeyed texture, finishing with real complexity. The coffee comes from the Aponte area of Nariño, cultivated by the Indigenous Cabildo community. Roasted light for filter by Café Pista in Canada.
