About this coffee
A honey-processed Typica from Finca Nueva Armenia in Huehuetenango, grown between 1,700 and 1,900 m. The cup opens with soft, perfumed sweet-clover florals, develops a subtle fig richness and is wrapped in lingering honey sweetness, its delicate acidity and refined nuances revealing themselves as the cup cools. Grown by Antonio Recinos Alvarado and Juan Sebastián Recinos. Roasted light for filter by 94 Celcius in Canada.
