Bekele Honey

A single-lot honey-processed coffee from Ethiopia, dried with some of its fruit mucilage still on the bean to build sweetness. It drinks clean and fruity, with notes of honey and bergamot giving way to plums and sweet grapes. It's the kind of bright, layered Ethiopian cup that rewards a careful pour.
