Colombia - Aponte Honey

This is a honey-processed Caturra field blend from the Inga community of Aponte, in El Tablon de Gómez, Nariño, drawn from roughly 100 smallholders. At well over 2,100 metres, the town sits at extremely high altitude for Colombia, conditions that suit the honey drying method they've specialised in.
