About this coffee
A washed light roast developed through Escape's weekly Lab cupping process, where production roasts are tasted and refined. This profile began as the now-retired Abuelos in the Bright Series, then was pushed with extended development time for added sweetness and a fuller body. Roasted light for filter by Escape Coffee Company in Canada.
