Transcend Coffee

Transcend Coffee is an independently owned specialty roaster in Edmonton, Alberta, which has been sourcing and roasting since 2006 and works directly with producers around the world. Its menu is sorted by flavour colour, from dark brown comfort coffees to purple and pink fruit-forward ones, and leans heavily on Costa Rica, with several lots each from the Sumava, MICEPA and Helsar mills, beside coffees from Mexico, Guatemala and Colombia. Rarer lots appear as numbered Reserve Releases in 150 g and 300 g bags, such as a Kenyan peaberry. It also sells raw green coffee to home roasters and runs coffee tasting courses.
