About this coffee
A washed anaerobic Green Tip Gesha from the Plano lot at Elida Estate on Volcán Barú, grown at 1,700 m and slow-dried in a dark room. It comes from the Lamastus family, a fourth-generation Panamanian coffee family whose century in Boquete began in 1918 with Robert Louis Lamastus founding Elida Estate. Roasted light for filter by Datura Coffee in France.
