About this coffee
A washed Castillo and Caturra from the Magdalena Valley in Huila, Colombia, grown between 1,200 and 1,800 m by several small producers, then aged in whisky barrels and put in contact with a large quantity of ripe banana purée. The result is unapologetically a dessert coffee, tasting of banana bread, vanilla, chocolate, flambéed banana and banana split. Roasted medium for filter by Café TorQué in Canada.
