A washed blend of Caturra and Castillo from the Proyecto Recolectores in Nariño, grown at 1,900 m. Round and sweet, it develops red apple and cherry over a texture that recalls marmalade. The lot ties into an initiative with Azahar Coffee that the Café Pista team holds close. Roasted light as an all-rounder by Café Pista in Canada.
