Elto Bare is a natural-processed Geisha from Ethiopia, produced by Elto Coffee — the joint venture of Eliyas Dukamo and Atiklit "Mimi" Dejene. Eliyas hails from the storied Dukamo family in Bensa, while Mimi honed her craft doing quality control at Gesha Village, and together they run two drying stations. Roasted light for filter by Black & White Coffee Roasters in the United States.
