About this coffee
Sweet Valley is a naturally processed lot of the Colombia varietal, a hybrid of Caturra and others, grown at the Potosí farm within the renowned Cafe Granja La Esperanza. Originally discontinued, it was brought back to life through a collaboration with CGLE that redeveloped its processing, exclusively for Manhattan. The result is a natural Colombian with plenty of character. Roasted light by Manhattan Coffee Roasters in the Netherlands for both filter and espresso.
