About this coffee
Boku is a natural-process heirloom coffee from Esayas Beriso in Hambela Wamena, Oromia, grown at a lofty 2,350 metres. Drying the cherries whole yields a delicate, sweet-tea cup with peach, strawberry and a flash of green kiwi. Esayas came to coffee by deliberate choice, moving from a government office in Dimtu into the trade alongside his brothers, starting by collecting cherries from neighbouring farms. Roasted light for filter by Boo Coffee Roasters in Belgium.
